Who We Are

We are a team of passionate physiotherapists who aim to help our clients achieve their best. We are up to date with the latest research available to help you achieve this. We assess, treat and educate so that you have a full understanding of your condition and help you to self manage chronic conditions.

 

Our Story

Incontrol Physio was established in order to provide effective physiotherapy, in particularly to chronic conditions, in the Sutherland Shire. We pride ourselves in being able to provide cancer rehabilitation, and lymphoedema management, an area which was previously under resourced.

Meet the Team

All of our physiotherapiss are very experienced. They have all undertaken further education to be able to help you manage your condition the most effectively

 

Trish Cooper

Physiotherapist, Accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner and Certified Cancer Rehabilitation Provider

 

Trish has been working in the Sutherland Shire as a physiotherapist for over 25 years. She has worked with many population groups including sports people with many years treating Netball injuries at Sutherland Shire Netball Association, the everyday athlete and work related injuries and the elderly running seniors exercise classes. She also treats Womens Health problems

In more recent years she developed a passion for managing Lymphoedema clients undertaking and upgrading her skills with extensive further training. She is also a certified Cancer Rehabilitation provider.

Trish is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for appointments

Letitia Reus

Physiotherapist Accredited Lymphoedema practitioner and Clinical Exercise Instructor

Letitia graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from The University of Sydney after previously being awarded Honours in her Bachelor of Health Science degree, also from The University of Sydney. Since then she has worked in private practice treating a range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, where she was passionate about the assessment and treatment of dancers. 

With her keen interest in exercise and rehabilitation Letitia went on to complete her Pilates certification series with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She enjoys seeing how exercise can empower people to overcome their pain or injuries and improve their wellbeing. 

More recently, Letitia has completed training in Lymphoedema management at Macquarie University to further her interest in Oncology Physiotherapy. Using her physiotherapy skills and clinical pilates qualifications Letitia also instructs Oncology Exercise Classes to assist Cancer patients in managing the side effects of treatment like, fatigue, deconditioning and lymphoedema. 

When Letitia is not at work you can find her enjoying the beach, reading a novel or exercising herself.
